I was born in Kolkata, India. Soon after my birth, I was raised in beautiful, colorful Colorado. My journey took me on the path of design, beginning my career in the field of fashion design and merchandising, expanding to home and interiors. My keen eye for clean and polished aesthetics, along with my appetite for personal touches comes from my innate desire to discover the beauty in all the things, places, and people that surround me.

Being faced with issues regarding my health for over 10 years, I feverishly sought out alternatives to western medicine in hopes of reaching a state of whole health through the most wholistic means possible. I found that there are a number of healing modalities when experiencing pain from a chronic illness. Ayurveda relentlessly kept showing up for me. In that way, Ayurveda found me. Through this journey I found a passion for sharing this knowledge and helping others restore health. Thus, my healing practice began.
